This Website Privacy Policy does not replace any Notice of Privacy Practices or Part 2 Patient Notice that may apply to patient health records.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to:

- Remember preferences
- Improve website performance
- Identify technical problems

You may be able to restrict certain cookies through your browser settings or available privacy controls.
7. Online Tracking and Do Not Track Signals
Some web browsers provide a legacy "Do Not Track" or "DNT" setting. Because there is not currently a universally accepted technical standard governing DNT signals, our website may not respond to traditional DNT signals.
Where applicable law requires us to recognize a legally valid opt-out preference signal, such as a Global Privacy Control signal, we will process that signal as required by applicable law.
Third-party service providers used on our website may collect limited technical or usage information over time as necessary to provide their services. We do not authorize those providers to use patient health information or treatment inquiry information for their own behavioral advertising purposes.

10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to accomplish the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal, clinical, regulatory, licensing, insurance, accounting, and record-retention requirements.
The retention period depends on the type of information:

12. Email, Text Messages, and Telephone Communications
If you voluntarily provide an email address or telephone number, we may use it to respond to your inquiry or communicate regarding services you requested.
Standard telephone, SMS, and data charges may apply.
We do not condition treatment on agreeing to receive marketing communications where doing so would be prohibited by law.
You may request that non-essential promotional communications stop by using the instructions included in the communication or by contacting us.
13. Information About Other Individuals
If you provide personal or health information about another person, you represent that you have authority or another lawful basis to provide that information.
We encourage individuals to avoid submitting unnecessary health information concerning another person through general website forms.
